Primary Term 4 “Our City” Exhibition and Parent Coffee Morning Friday

A fantastic morning where we showcased the amazing work of students in Key Stages 1 and 2 from this term and teachers and families had opportunity to discuss progress! We are so pleased that so many families were able to join us and that you “love this school!” – so do we!!

Over 23 days our youngest students have learnt about The Titanic and it’s links to Liverpool , Liverpool in WII including rationed food, The Beatles, Sir Peter Blake and the iconic Sergeant Pepper Album Cover, Liverpool artists including Marvel illustrator Dave Taylor and landmark illustrator Sophie Green, Liverpool culture including football teams, the geography of Liverpool including famous landmarks and The River Mersey, Liverpool children’s authors including Shirley Green, Roger McGough and Brian Patten and Cultural Diversity in Our Amazing City!

We have also visited many of the unique sites here in Our City including The Docks, The World Museum, The Maritime Museum, The Liverpool Museum, The Albert Dock, Sefton Park and taken a Magical Mystery Tour around The City on our very own mini buses!

It has truly been a fantastic term enjoyed by all of our students and we are very proud to share their learning journey with you – thank you to our students, families and staff teams!
