Cooking Club develops practical life skills and provides students with opportunities to work towards greater independence. Students learn through practical, hands-on experiences and can develop skills such as following instructions, preparing food, using equipment safely and working through a sequence of steps.
Cooking also provides opportunities to develop communication, cooperation and responsibility while creating something that students can take pride in.
